Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds on purchased product.  We make every attempt to describe the product as accurately as possible on our website so you know exactly what you are buying.   We are proud to say that, in our 6 year of business, we have received very few complaints and/or request for refunds.

With that said, if we make a mistake in processing your order, you can be rest assured that we will correct the error at our expense.
