“All Too Well” is a country rock ballad from Taylor Swift’s Red album that describes heartache ensued from a devastating break-up, by narrating details from Taylor’s vivid memory. Widely regarded as one of her best songs, it sees her picking up shards of memories as she jumps through time to reflect on her best and worst memories with her ex, making the listener feel as though they experienced these moments too. Our inspiration for “All Too Well” comes from autumn notes of oak leaves, acorns, apple, lemon, ginger, fig, caramel, cinnamon, coffee, twigs, and forest, with a hint of amber, marigold and melons.
