Many start their morning with a Cuppa Joe - a strong cup of coffee. Ours is made with coffee from the locally owned Caffe Ibis under the name of Condor Coffee. It is a triple-certified (certified organic, certified fair trade, and certified Smithsonian Shade Grown "Bird-Friendly") coffee harvested by women farmers in the northern Andean Mountains of Peru.
