From Taylor Swift’s tenth album, Midnights, the song “Lavender Haze” is a favorite among Swifties. Taylor explains that to be ‘in the lavender haze’ means to be deeply in love with someone or in the honeymoon stages of a relationship. It’s a common phrase from the 1950’s, an all-encompassing love glow, that Taylor thought was beautiful. Our interpretation of “Lavender Haze” is a blend of lavender and Merlot wine with plums, apples, red raspberries and strawberries.
